Description:
This project involved the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot bank, delivered turnkey to the developer in full compliance with the bank’s specifications. The scope included a fully built-out interior featuring ADA-compliant restrooms, high-end flooring finishes, and a custom-designed teller line and office spaces. The entryway was enhanced with branded interior and exterior signage packages, while mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed to meet the bank’s operational needs. The build-out included steel stud framing, drywall, an acoustical ceiling grid with integrated mechanical distribution, hard and flex ducting with new supply and return grills, new electrical subpanels, and Title 24-compliant LED lighting.
The building structure featured a wood-framed design with a panelized roof system, new rooftop HVAC units, a dedicated 800-amp electrical service, and a state-of-the-art fire sprinkler and life safety system. The exterior was completed with a modern façade, aluminum storefront glazing, secure entry systems, and ATM access points. Additional site work included grading, underground utilities—such as sewer, domestic water, and electrical—along with site concrete curb and gutter installation, ADA-compliant parking, and asphalt paving.
This turnkey project delivered a fully operational banking facility, meeting all security, functionality, and aesthetic requirements set by the developer and financial institution.
