Description:
We proudly served as a subcontractor to Sully Miller on the Port of Long Beach Wilmington Waterfront Project. Commencing in 2022 and successfully completed in early 2024, our role involved constructing the ground-up CMU restroom structure for the Waterfront Promenade. This facility includes six ADA-compliant restrooms, a janitor closet, and an electrical room. The exterior façade features custom precast panels and IPE wood paneling, showcasing our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
