Description:
We are the prime contractor for De Anza Country Shopping Center LP on the 7840 Limonite Ave project. Beginning in February 2023 with an anticipated completion date in September 2024, this project encompasses extensive site and civil work, landscaping, and underground infrastructure upgrades. It also includes structural renovations to the main building, a complete façade restoration, White Box upgrades for future tenants, the construction of a separate 2,000 square foot building, and comprehensive Tenant Improvements for our client.
